The appearance of a place or business within eurikaa does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or approval from that business, property owner, or operator.
eurikaa helps users discover real places, but Parallel Zero Inc. does not control or monitor the conditions, safety, legality, accessibility, or suitability of any physical location.
You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, travel, and interactions with people, businesses, or places discovered through the Service. Always use good judgment and follow local laws, property restrictions, safety guidance, and posted rules.
Parallel Zero Inc. is not responsible for injuries, losses, disputes, trespassing issues, unsafe conditions, or other incidents that may occur in connection with visiting or interacting with locations, businesses, or individuals discovered through eurikaa.
We do not sell personal information for direct monetary compensation.
eurikaa is intended for users 16 years of age or older.
If we learn an account belongs to a child under 16, we may suspend the account and remove associated information.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards but no system is completely secure.
Your data may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions.
